Thought we would give them another chance wished we didn't
We went in at 5:00 thinking it would be quite it was .but we still waited 45 minutes then when it came it was wrong
Another table by us waited a hole hour
So don't bother going unless you have loads of time
on your hands
If you want a nice meal don't go there .
We are going to try again on 26th January 2025 it’s been a while
I will let you know how we get on hopefully a lot better than last time

We had a lovely time my husband had a sirloin steak
I was going to have my first ribeye steak eating out but they had sold out
Not their fault but was a little disappointed we will go again
The meal came really quickly
It was a lovely meal
The staff are friendly the young man on the till was lovely really helpful
Just like to say I would definitely recommend going here

Fabulous value for money meal deals, good selection of beers. Busy times 12pm till 2.30pm but Thursday is bogof day so busy all day.

11 adults attended my birthday meal today. Although it was busy and a good atmosphere there was not enough staff, food was warm and disappointing, paid extra for the gravy of which the amount was about 3 tablespoons in the bowl, all meals lacked attention to detail and had to request two of the puddings that hadn't been served with the others. I don't think any of us will be returning !

Friendly atmosphere and the staff look after you really well. We visited on New Years Day and everybody was smiling and relaxed.
I had the 9oz Sirloin Steak, but it was really tough, full of gristle, and had as much taste as a piece of leather. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anybody. My wife had a Dirty Burger, which she said was really nice.
I will certainly go back to this pub / restaurant, but will avoid any steak meals.

Jaime was our amazing waitress who managed so well as it was very busy. She was so lovely, helpful , friendly and just made our visit more enjoyable. The kids found her very funny.
Our steaks were amazing , the best we have had for a while. The puddings were lovely too. Would definitely reccomend to anyone

Had a lovely Christmas meal except I had put I was dairy free and had butter on my starter and a Yorkshire pudding on my meal and they didn't seem bothered when I told them about otherwise lovely meal

When we arrived at the Prioslee Lodge, we were greeted by lovely staff.
We were asked if we had a table booked and were taken to our table.
We ordered our drinks at the bar and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient service we received, the bar staff were very helpful and friendly.
The food and service was great and we will be visiting more often from now on as we found the menu very well priced.
All in all we had an enjoyable evening the food and drinks were very good and all the staff were friendly.

We love this place as a family or even just coming as a couple. Food is yummy. Sometimes, there can be a bit of a wait for food, but it just proves how popular this place is. Staff always friendly, especially the young lady who severd us when we went tonight. Such a polite, very friendly, and helpful young lady, so thank you

A lovely meal from the Christmas menu. It was really succulent and full of flavour. I chose the turkey and the cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious! Staff were very friendly.
The TV screens were all tuned to some football match or another. Our group didn't feel this was particularly appropriate for a large group attending Christmas meal. It wasn't at a time that a match was live, so maybe unesesary, but maybe the Greene King group specifies this has to happen in some of their pubs.
I've never been here before but absolutely loved that there was a bookshelf full of books provided to help keep any children entertained; such a fabulous idea! Great for families with kids. It showed a really caring side from either the managers or the Greene King group.
There are two car parks, the one nearest the pub has two disabled spaces. It was quite busy today, so there were many people parked on the overflow one too.

The food here is very reasonably priced. They have a large garden, parts of it under shelter. I enjoy an evening walk in the summer months with the dog around The Flash and popping in here for refreshments. *****

Our table had been double booked and the lovely young lady gave us complimentary drinks whilst we waited for our table to be come free. It did t take long and we were seated. The food was lovely the staff were friendly and it was a lovely evening spent with family.
